Customer Success Manager


A Customer Success Manager would be responsible for ensuring that customers are successful in using OpinionAds' products and services. They would need to have strong customer service skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers and providing training on how to use OpinionAds' products and services.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and acting as their main point of contact.
  • Proactively monitoring customer accounts and identifying potential issues before they become problems.
  • Resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Providing feedback to the product team on customer needs and product enhancements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information in a CRM system.
